How Do You Feel Today? is an interactive, process-based art workshop that invites participants to slow down, tune inward, and translate their emotional state into visual form. Designed around emotional awareness, creative self-expression, and gentle stress relief, the workshop creates a non-judgmental space where participants can reconnect with their inner landscape through color. Rather than focusing on producing “art,” the session emphasizes process over outcome. Participants are guided to observe emotions as temporary, shifting states; something to notice, express, and engage with, rather than control or suppress. By externalizing emotions onto paper, participants experience how creativity can function as a tool for emotional regulation, reflection, and self-compassion. The workshop strengthens emotional literacy, curiosity, and creative confidence. It offers participants a repeatable method they can later use for personal well-being, daily check-ins, or creative inspiration. At its core, this session is about showing up for yourself; honestly, gently, and without performance.
