A two day, solidarity exhibition showcasing music, visual art, film, poetry, and food. This time we raised money for Palestine, Congo, and Sudan. “Alter-Native” is more than just a series: it was born from a deep desire to come together as an international community through art, music, and solidarity. Each flame represents a form of resistance: disruption; self awakening; transformation: uprising; and Revolution. More than 50 artists came together to make this event happen. These two days were packed with performances, workshops, meals, and conversations.

International Solidarity is the result of our festival. To do this, we must create spaces that allow all voices to have a platform.

Multi Disciplianary Solidarity Festival

The importance of this series of events is creating a space where all people can come together from all over the world and express their disruption and revolutionary spirit. We had an artist from vastly different places across the globe: Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Morocca, Mexico, Africa, Occupied Argentina, Ukraine, etc.

Once again our takeover at 90mil is not just confined to one space, but this time, to five large spaces. Project space, Cinema Room, Cafe, Workshop Space, and Outdoors. Over the two days, more than 800 people came. We paid every artist, as well as raised more than 3,000 euros for our chosen organizations in Palestine, Congo, and Sudan.
